After searching the comparison sites and also trying some sites and call centres individually, Sainsbury's won the day. LV, AXA (who I am with now) and LR themselves could not get close.

Insurance is a rip off though Doc. We are footing the bill for uninsured drivers and fraudulent claims. That uninsured driver protection is good peace of mind though 60 plate SD4 XS, Stornoway Grey, Arm rest pack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ly--gT1RJdk |

Even LR can slip up. I've asked them to quote twice, both times when I bought a car. First time they were quite expensive, second time the details were taken by a gentleman in a far off sunny land and the quote came back with two pieces of incorrect information, which would have invalidated any claim I made. The man was clearly ticking boxes and didn't have a box for me (or indeed my missus). |
