Hope that recovery man was well insured! (Or given the number of charges thrown at him, could they refuse to pay on the grounds he was - allegedly - breaking the law?)
I imagine LR don't insure their vehicles for something like this, but presumably their contractors (or contractors' contractors in this case) must pick up the tab.
