Hi all,

My glove box damper is broken, snapped off at the end. I took out the GB following the instructions on here (very helpfull!) but couldnt see where under the dash the damper fastens too? Anyone know?

Anyways I will oreder a new damper from the local dealer. Ive an anouying rattle/rubbing noise coming from the dash on the passenger side, when I had the glovebox out I had a look under the dash for anything obvious but couldnt see anything. Then went for a 15 mile ride and there was a lot less rattling than before! Is it typical for a freelander not to rattle when you want it too?
