Si4 Petrol has appeared on the configurator tonight in HSE Spec.....also HSE Lux has been deleted.....interesting?!? Shocked Foraging near Gaydon....

England 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Fuji White

Using the PDF there is no change.

A standard 13MY XS manual OTR is ｣30,000 and has leather and design pack as standard.

A standard 12MY XS manual OTR is ｣30,255 and has cold climate and front parking as standard.

The 13MY is cheaper! A Land Rover owner since 1988

From a 1974 series III to a 12MY XS FL2 with help of a 1995 D1, 1996 D1, 2005 D3, 2007 D3 and a 2009 FL2.

The reason I mentioned cross check against the price list is because I "built" a HSE Dynamic which came with free metallic paint and dynamic pack whereas the price list charges ｣3050 for them... Laughing

I see now they are putting in a full size spare & asking ｣185 for it then if you want tools they are additional again. I wonder other than for proffit why they are doing this?

If you look at www.landrover.com it takes you to the International site which shows HSE but not HSE Lux and gives the option of the Si4 engine.

If you look at www.landrover.co.uk it takes you to the UK site which shows the HSE and HSE Lux but no option for the Si4 engine.

Just popped in to Lookers Park Royal on my way out of Town, and they have a 2013 Dynamic in the Showroom.

The Sat-Nav is a huge improvement over the previous, but other than that, and the little LCD Screen in between the instrument cluster there is no real difference.

Anyone in the vicinity of NW10, pop in and speak to Chris, as he has more info on this. (James has left, apparently) Foraging near Gaydon....

The interesting thing is, the Si4 engine is listed on EPC at LR dealers in the UK, and EPC at UK LR dealers are UK specific!. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Just had the pleasure of driving a brand new 2013 MY SD4 HSE this afternoon. It was picked up from Land Rover this morning and I got to take it round the Land Rover Experience Centre roads and tracks at Rockingham Castle. Have to say I really liked the new interior particularly the Sat Nav and touch screen control for the radio, video, telephone etc. Also found the new graphic showing HDC target speeds and actual speeds really useful.
On road the car felt really smooth and responsive and off road it performed really well.
