Gorjant is correct. The same information is also available on page 104 of my owner's handbook.

It's under 'Heated windows and mirrors of the index.

Well I was driving today and it said 3 degrees C outside, the mirrors were not on when I touched them.

At what temperature do they come on then I wonder?

Finally had excuse to take car to dealer to get heated mirror fixed Smile

Dealer had it all day but now needs to order parts so not fixed Sad

Not only that but :-

now mirrors no longer fold in when pressing buttons on door panel - only fold in when locking car - bit of a problem parking in garage Shocked
Leak to brake light not fixed.
Squeak to gear not fixed.
Wrong roof rails ordered by dealer.
Oil marks to trim in car - and stinks of oil/grease.

The honeymoon is over Big Cry

Folding Mirrors sorted - I had to reset auto windows as per handbook because dealer did update and reset electrics - now works but think dealer should have done it and saved me another trip to be told this!

Are you saying that to reset the operation of the folding mirrors,

this is done by resetting the windows?

Question

Yes !!

I've had this problem from collecting my new FL2 back in November. See my posts on the subject.........

It was just by luck that I noticed that unlocking, then immediately locking the doors - would close the mirrors. My Dealer then advised this "well known" problem would be fixed by a January software release. Well, the new software was loaded and guess what, the problem still exists.

And I can't be bothered going back to the Dealers again - too much time wasted compared to the unlock/ lock fix. Based on previous experience, they won't be able to fix it anyway.
