Noise from N/S front wheel area?

I have recently purchased an 07 XS after being out of the fold for a while and I have trawled back through the maintenace posts, but cannot find a similar problem listed so I am hoping someone can shine some light?

When turning right at speed around flowing coners, I am hearing a sort of rubbing noise from the front nearside wheel. It is more a rythmic drumming than knocking(I have checked and Phil Collins is not under there)

I am guessing it's a bearing but would like to be forearmed before visiting the dealer. FL2 TD4 XS Santorini
