Question about alu. effect fascia kit LR002463

Anyone any experience of this?

I just got one from ebay for my GS and it has a 'brushed aluminium effect' not smooth as the existing surround arround the gear stick. And I mean bruhsed - not pixelated.

Basically it doesn't match. Is there a 'smooth kit' out there? '57 GS TD4 in Stornoway. Privacy, Leather, Tred Cills. From ebay etc.. 18" 12 spoke HSE alloys, rear spoiler, clear side repeaters with clear leds, led interior light to replace bulbs, sports exhaust trim, TomTom 720.

The only one I've seen is the one you descrive scotster, sorry mate... Crying or Very sad However I think there exists a complete kit, including the gear stick surroundings (not the gear stick alluminium part).

Thanks Defkalion.

The part I bought has a gear stick surround included. Thats also brushed. I dont want to replace the nice smooth one already on there though.
It also includes the two panels that run up the sides of the central control panel.

Ive been in touch with a dealer who is checking out if there is a 'smooth' version.

The effect of the ones I have is like the Raw brushed alu. on the swatches shown here:

Where it shoud be more like the platinum silver swacth to match the one around the gear stick area. '57 GS TD4 in Stornoway. Privacy, Leather, Tred Cills. The dealer has confirmed that the brushed effect is the official one in the after market accessories kit in the brochure.

He also said that he shoud be able to get hold of a replacement part closer to what I am really after. '57 GS TD4 in Stornoway. Privacy, Leather, Tred Cills.
