United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black
brochure

Is it just me or is the Freelander brochure pants? I didnt look thru the brochure much before purchasing the car as there was an fl2 identical to my future spec in the showroom (XS).
Also the dealer had an XS already on order so to speed things up I'm getting that one (I could still change paint colour and add any extras If I wanted).
Now that I'm waiting for the car I've had time to study the brochure a bit more and I find that most if not all the photos are of HSE models, Not very helpful to us lesser mortals.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

It's those 12 spoke alloys on the HSE that really pull you in...

Plus the hole in the dash where the sat nav goes is like seeing a gap in the front tooth of Julia Roberts smile.

The fix is ebay for the 12 spokers and the sat nav fix is here? http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic1145.html?highlight=kenwood Smile

I also got a rear spoiler off ebay...HSE's dont have one of those Thumbs Up

Yeah - the brochure is crap - it makes you buy stuff. Rolling Eyes '57 GS TD4 in Stornoway. Privacy, Leather, Tred Cills. From ebay etc.. 18" 12 spoke HSE alloys, rear spoiler, clear side repeaters with clear leds, led interior light to replace bulbs, sports exhaust trim, TomTom 720.
Favourite Off road vehicle, still my Santa Cruz Mountain Bike! Smile http://www.team-banana-racing.com
