In 14 days, it will be 5 years to the day when I bought my FL2. If someone had said to me in August 2007 when we bought the car at 7 months old, that we would still have it ion August 2012, I would never have beleived them!

The birthday will be celebrated in France on holiday! The 5th time she has taken us to France. Hard to think she will be 6 years old in December 2012.

It looks very much like we will keep it for another 12 months now as well. She has been a brilliant car so far and after talking about it with the wife, we have come to the conclusion, why change it right now. Also, it has only done 4000 miles since it was serviced in December 2011, it is not used as much since I went back into the company car scheme so the Audi gets used when ever possible!

So we will wait to see what the 2013MY FL2 will be like and maybe look to buy a 6-7 month old FL2 2013!

But I have to say, I am still enjoying our car as much as we did back in 2007!

yes I still enjoy my FL2 every days to , Its had a few faults but haho.

great post Mav71, good to hear that after 5 years you are still happy with your FL2.

I'm the same with mine after 3 years, and don't see the need to change her as I still look forward to every drive !!

I bought 1 in January 2012 and I convinced my Mum to get one 3 weeks after I did and then she convinced her friend to buy 1 also.

We all love ours too!!

mine just turned 3 at the end of June, wish i had the time to get the car looking like yours, couple of stone chips and a good polish to sort and after my holiday a interior that needs a good vac to clear up the grass and everything else the kids brought in the car

Mine is 4 1/2 now and to date i have only had to change four tyres and front break pads ( i bought the backs but the mechanic would not fit them as the ones on were not worn) apart from the services..

just had a poor boys makeover,looks new..
