flashing (lead alternative)

i think my flashing is leaking when it rain really heavy as i have a drip

it appears to be coming from between the wall and the conservatory

the flashing appears to lead alternative, i assume this is stuck onto the wall, unlike lead which you set in to the pointing and repoint, at some point between now and christmas i need to re do this or seal over the top

is the alternative stuff just suck to the wall with a high tack sealant?

any builders or window/conny installers on the forum?

Even if it is flash banding it should have been taken up to the brick course above, turned into a raked joint and then the joint made good with mortar.

Just a suggestion, try getting another length of the same material, rake out the joint insert and overlay the original flashing, seal the joint with mortar.
That way you will not be disturbing the conservatory roof.

I was thinking of over layering it, but I think the roof will need to come out to give access to it
