I have started to notice that known knocking sound that sounds like it's coming from the glove box but is actually a loose screw or bolt behind the indicator grille in the nearside wing.

Yes Doc it is simple - just look in your Owner's Manual under "Lighting" chapter where upon the lads n lasses at LR have drawn you an idiot diagram. |

Just pull it to the left or right then remove, it's just held against a spring. |
