Germany 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

Thank you jimmy, got your point.
The "liquid film", also called "perma film" will have to be applied by a paint brush to the underbody of your car. The product is transparent, so you can at all times watch and control the condition of your underbody.
Once dry it will not be sticky and the perma coat does indeed protects against stone chips, as it will never dry out, and the applied perma coat has a self healing capacity, if mechanically damaged.

Even with a high pressure cleaning device you will not be able to remove the perma film, once applied.

Denmark 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Hei Yamaha-fan (and Jimmy).

YF, you wrote 5. dec.:

"Dinitrol and Tectyl products have the disadvantage that the protective coat will get hard and will crack after some time allowing water to squeeze between metal and coat. "

I had to remove the headlamp unit to change a lamp today and I discovered my Dinitrol-protections still kept the liquidity. It is (semi-)transparent (a little brown).
So I think this Dinitrol-product have the same quality as your "Holts".
