Did well with this

Doesn't have a Freelander in the shot but achieved very high marks last night in a competition and will become part of my portfolio.

I know little about photography beyond "point and shoot" cameras, but that's a great looking shot.

Nice, did you use filters?

I'm getting a fair bit of lens flare when taking a couple of shots last night

No filters, no photoshop.
Some lenses flare more than others, also much worse if you have any filters on the front, especially so called protection filters, they are often uncoated and simply bounce light around, I dont use them personally.
In fact the last lens I bought was scratched so the guy sold it off cheap, works like a dream and I have saved hundereds of quid, paid £400 instead of £900, very difficult to see any scratch.

This was taken with that lens a couple of weeks back up in Inverness.

Oh, man. JT what an incredible photo! Thumbs Up Bow down

Almost reminds me of Galway Bay in Sandhill, Ireland. Except last time I was there, I was driving a Seat Altea hatch. Wink CAR HISTORY
