Not much info to go on, have you been to this site and punched in your phone models?

I have a Blackberry and the girlfriend has a Samsung which runs Android. Both phones have been paired with the system and we can swap between the two no problem.

I also have an HTC Desire but the 'S' model, mine also said pairing not supported via the car headset but paired via the phone no problem.

It's true what 'IDHLR' says, pairing can be no problem but the HTC requires permission once only for a connection within your settings. |
