Having owned a 56 plate Se for over 2 years with no issue I purchased a 10plate a few weeks ago.

It developed "reduce performance" errors occasionally, followed by
"Traction error"
" Terrain Response fcked"

so took it to Harwoods Tonbridge ( I bought the car from Sturgess Leicester )
They immediately noted it had a recall for a software update - this did not fix the issue.
After a short test drive, and using the pluggy inny thinngy (OBDC diagnostic tool - if you must)
determined Haldex problems were the cause,

so after a sensor replacement and new oil pump. issue resolved in 24hrs.


Obviously no charge, and a free loaner ( in drug dealer black, so parked next door !)
very happy with service.
