i don't have my FL2 anymore but it was a 2008MY anyway so wasn't fitted with anything too technical.

At a guess it sounds like the configuration for door locking features i.e. one press of the remote unlock, unlocks the drivers door and two presses unlocks the remainder of the doors/boot. its a security feature to prevent car jacking.

what are the toggle options you have against that entry ?

If you select it, once you have turned off your engine the seat will drop to its lowest point and slide right back, thus the name of the feature being "Easy Entry"

When you get back into your vehicle and start it, the memory seats move back to their original position that you stored. Foraging near Gaydon....

Easy entry on mine just makes the seat drop a little bit before I get in the car, nothing else happens on my hse lux with it turned on.

Is your seat programmed in the memory to be as far back as possible? If so, nothing else will happen.

As a suggestion, programme Memory 2 as if you were a dwarf, then try it. If it doesn't drop AND retract, take it back to the Dealer and get it fixed under warranty. Foraging near Gaydon....

I think you mean "Mem 1" as this is the setting that the easy exit/entry will default to. "Mem" 2 & 3 are spares!
So if you program "Mem 2" to dwarf size, Laughing , it still will return seat to your Mem 1 settings on entry/exit of vehicle. MY15

my seat is virtually all the way back and down, so upon my exiting the vehicle the seat sort of just drops a mm or two Laughing

to be honest if I was a dwarf i guess i could be out of the car before the seat has dropped and moved back, electric seats are not known for their speed of movement

makes me laugh thinking of 2 door evoques owners waiting for the seats to move to get their kids in the back seat whilst raining Rolling with laughter Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
