Does the aux power outlet stay on all the time?

Anyone know how long the 12V power points stay on? My device(s) stay powered when I shut off the engine and remove the key, and I don't have the time to sit around to see if/when the power to the 12V outlet turns off.
TIA

You sure???

I thought the Front one was Ignition fed,
The rear one was on the battery-save circuit, and powers off after X time (10 min, 30 min or 1 hour, cant remember which, assuming you dont open a door, switch the ignition etc) '57 FL2 GS

OK...I'll nip out to the car, and put my phone charger in the Aux-power point....It should light up the little red LED on the charger....

IF I rememer, I will look to see if the LED is still on in the morning, before blipping the central locking....That should be a "true" test...... '57 FL2 GS
