This has been on the car for about 2 weeks, but never used for towing. When I connected to the van to try the electrics, I found it was too high (450mm to ball centre). I contacted Tow-Trust, and the outcome was that I needed a fixed flange bar to lower the ball height to 410mm (old 'van!) I fitted the new bar yesterday, and all is now well, except that I must dispose of the detachable.

All in original, slightly tatty box. No electrics. £100 ono
