Did she drive back with the handbrake still on?

That would make the smell - did she notice it didn't quite drive as easily? 2002 Honda VFR800

The garage can find no problem..

I think the wife may have driven with the handbrake on.....we had a Discovery before this and the brake went off automatically.

I tried to send you this query privately a couple of times but it didn't get to you.


I just bought a Garmin 1440 from Comet for £99.99.

It looks great.

Does yours have the Photo Real Junction view facility ?

I can't see any mention on the box or the quick start guide...but the ones on Amazon say they've got it.

Be nice if it's on.

Now I'll find an auto electrician to connect it.

That was a great tip.....thank you.

One last question (I promise)....you mention that some people make a "surround" for the satnav to make a flush fit.

Just so your aware
A PM will sit in your outbox, until the person you have sent it to logins in and reads the message on the forum, then it moves to Sent. They normally also receive a email regards the PM
