What towbar bike carrier while towing

Hi
Anyone else using a towbar mounted bike carrier while towing a caravan or trailer. If so what do you have and what do you think of it. I have been looking at the MaxxRaxx but they are expensive for what they are.

Maxxraxx are very good. Yes, they are a lot of money but will last for ever.
