Orange FL2 in Derby 08/11/11

Drove past an orange FL2 on Kedleston Road, Derby. It was in stationary traffic close to the traffic lights at the junction with the A6 Duffield Road.

I couldn't tell which variation of orange it was (I understand there is more than 1) as it was 18:40 and dark. Couldn't get the plates either but I suspect there weren't many orange FL2's in Derby at that time. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Orange! Hopefully, you mean 'Tambora Flame'. I don't like my car being referred to as orange or gold and certainly isn't a 'pumpkin', something that many of my friends have picked up on!

I didn't realise there were two variants of an orangey like colour though??? 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

I do think that Tangiers Orange is a "unique" colour and more visually rewarding than that "Flame", but then again, T.O. is the colour our local "council" paint their vehicles Embarassed

I don't want to get into one of those 'my colour is better than yours' argument...but...Tambora Flame is better. It must be since it is the official site mascot. The end! Surprised 1st time FL2 owner. 2007 SE i6 in Tambora Flame.

You must be colour blind - a few minutes ago on the official LR website you can specify for the FL2 the following other colours: Green, Silver, Blue and Sand Thumbs Up
