A mate of mine had one but said it didn’t work in the snow. If a 4x4 is no good in snow it has no point |

Mmm. Food for thought. I can sacrifice ride/comfort for reliabilty. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice. |

Here's an interesting thing: People assume that a Honda is going to be reliable but, in the most recent JD Power survey, although the Honda won overall against the Freelander, it did so by being cheap to run and having nice dealers (probably with good wheelchair access, plenty of free copies of the People's Friend and somewhere to soak dentures! )

Reliability surveys have to be taken in context and with a pinch of salt. Most only apply to cars up to 3 years old and most people who have the time to reply to such surveys are the grey brigade i.e. folk who drive honda jazz etc cos they believe reliability surveys....... I can honestly say that the most unreliable piece of s**t that I have ever known was my misses Toyota RAV4 (I have owned a RR classic and a Cortina btw !!). I could spend ALL NIGHT listing the faults that arrived from 3 years / 35 K miles onwards. When people tell me that ' Toyotas are reliable ' It boils my blood and I have to physically restrain myself cos I really I don't fancy porridge and rogering in the showers. In fact it was SO crap that I traded it in for my FL2 !! FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

True, they may be a self selecting bunch, but then so are we on a Forum; so where do you draw the line? |

I'm afraid he has Tigger. Must be some sort of OCD. I believe that help is available. Not only that, he's hijacked yet another post Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice. |

In simple terms, caravanning is for people who were no good at maths at school and are still no good at it now !! The only people that it ' adds up ' for are people that have retired and so have the time to do it. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green
