Try a Maxi-Cosi Rodi XR. It's a booster seat with a back that comes off...

Not looked in to it as they are often silly money, but might be able to work out who make it from pictures |

Halfords cheap and cheerful booster is one of the narrowest around! I can easily get one inbetween two group 1 / 2 seats in the back of the FL with plenty of room and when in the front it seams to fit well. It's not much to look at but does the job. Iirc it comes in blue and pink and is around 9 quid - bargain!!! |

Maxi cosi rodi xr is a superb seat, got 2 for the fl2 and they fit a treat. If you want just the base style ones then halfords also sell an Italian sounding one called a bellelli lusso I think, got 2 of those as well for the other car and they are very smart grey and black and nicer than the usual stuff. They were £15 each from memory. |

Picked up a couple of halfords booster seats, couldn't find fault and fitted perfectly for £8 |

I just folded up a towel underneath the booster to even out the space...
