Wipers not working as they should

wipers are wiping but not fully going to the bottom and not fully going to the top-position as they should. I don't really want to force the wipers down or anything incase soemthing gets damaged.

any idea on a solution?

note: [all the blades and arm are fine]

Try lifting the caps that cover the 13mm nuts locking the wiper arm down on the tappered splinned head of the wipper mount and check they are tight.
What can happen is when a heavy load is moved, "snow or the wipers have stuck to the windscreen with ice" the wiper arm trys to lift up the spline. If this happens then the locking nut has become loose and the arm will rise up the spline and will not travel all the way as you have discribed.
Usually you just need to reset the wiper arm in the lower position on the windscreen, tighten the nuts but not to tight and replace covers and all should be fine.
If this does not fix it then further investigation is needed as you may have bent the linkages controlling the arms. this can be checked by removing the the black plastic trims below the wiper arms.
Be awear that you will have to remove the wiper blade arms first Thumbs Up
