I really don't see why Xenon lights would be a deal breaker, I had them on my last car, a BMW M3 as it happens and while they were great when they worked, I had a lot of bother when one went "phut" the night before driving to Italy on holiday. Cue several desperate visits to 3 different BMW main dealers, over 600 pounds in charges and they still couldn't sort it out! Compared to a 10 pound light bulb I could've changed myself... I won't have them on a car again if I have the chance and I drive a LOT on unlit roads too. Twisted Evil

yes but no, they will fail the mot unless self levelling and washing.

you could keep the halogens and pop them back in for test day but could you be bothered? At work

Because i asked what spec do the members on here think i should go for ? Thumbs Up

Sounds like GS with Xenons....

Town and County will be on the list but I'm more likely to buy from Lakeland as they have sorted me out in the past .. although T&C always do the servicing for me.

I will probably go for a 1 year old car ... look for one of the early facelift models in the summer. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Switzerland 2011 Freelander 2 TD4_e GS Manual Sumatra Black

I'd recommend getting a GS with winter pack and spare wheel
This was my recent decision. HID xenons are superb Smile

you'll get xenons plus heated screen, seats and wash jets - very useful in the Aberdeenshire winter Wink
maybe consider some decent winter tyres as well for use dec-apr

Yes HSE wheels + spare, spoiler fitted afterwards by me and yes it is Indus.

Full Spec is SD4 GS + Winter pack, 18" wheels + spare, Factory tints, mudflaps, I then added Spolier, centre arm rest (Britpart £8Cool, Dogaurd and a maplin flush USB charger, that has a chrome semo circular ring that matches the gear surround, looks cool Thumbs Up
