Door Handles

Can anyone recommend a supplier for replacing my door handle skins. The grey looks crap on a black car and it looks a simple job to change them. I have seen what are claimed to be genuine LR replacements on fleabay for about £90 but I am unsure. You don’t always get a bargain online, an alloy wheel is be advertised for £179+£10 delivery. LR are selling them for £187

Try this link if it works. I'm not too good with this iPhone, anyway it's full of FL2 bits & bobs.

not sure about the clip on ones. stick on maybe more correct. it is possible to buy complete new handles ready painted

some bloke on the disco forum does mirror skins with football badge nonsense on, but this will probably lead to some scrote dressed in blue kicking them off for you At work

Thanks CG. I try to avoid putting anything in the car that may offend, as you say too many scotes around. I see you have black, have you considered changing your handles?

someone suggested to CG that he might like the handles on a RRS Whistle

so you can get either covers for the handles or full replacement handles!

The skins look better because you unclip the old ones and replace them with the new ones. Just noticed that I spelt scrote wrong, hope I didn’t offend any jocks Very Happy

Why fit skins when the 'proper' full replacements only take minutes to fit Question

You could try Jag-Land-UK on the Bay, got my handles from them for just over £30.00, the ones below are just for example but could be repainted

I'm sure Mr strut has a full step by step instructions for fitting them or take the easy route and get the garage to fit them Laughing

Does changing the door handles have any affect on the emergency key?

Hey ToeKnee shame those handles you linked to were Tonga Green - that's got me thinking about changing mine Confused 2002 Honda VFR800

I think so. The ones I’ve seen have a key sign on the smaller part of the units
