Roast pig ribs, red and white sour-cabbage, meat-balls etc, washed down with 9% Juleĝl (Christmas beer) and Aquavit. British turkey reared on a very local farm , delicious. cheaper than that m+s job and only just fitted in the oven. At work

I agree, then once cooked, the resting part is also important to all the juices to spread back round the meat |
