As a grumpy old man I am always inclined to write and complain when things go bad, but I do believe in praise when things go right. Once again, I have to write to praise my local dealer. Not only am I besotted with my vehicle, I am also deeply impressed with the service that Roger Young provides eventhough I haven't been using them for long. No issue seems too small for them to look at, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Courtesy car (FL2) provided. Thorough investigation of concerns, necessary adjustments made, "issue" corrected, problem sorted, car thoroughly cleaned. Work completed on time. Pleasant, helpful staff who make you feel like a valued customer. Following day follow-up call to check all OK. Basically, just like things should be.
