Cleaning leather seats...

Can anyone recommend an effective and readily available product that will remove blue denim dye from the almond leather seats in my HSE? 2010 HSE TD4 auto, Biscay Blue, Almond Leather, facelift front and rear, detachable towbar, front & rear mudflaps, bib spoilers, clear high level brake light, smooth rear wiper, colour coded door handles.

Problem with dye transfer is the amount of dye transfered

I read similar thread a while ago and Meguiars Gold Leather cleaner with Aloe was what worked for him and he tried a fair few different brands, zymol, gliptone etc

I use Raceglaze leather cleaning kit, and when i have had lighter interior it cleaned the leather really well, but i never really suffered from dye transfer on it, maybe due to regular conditioning with raceglaze leather balm

Many thanks for the offer but I don't get up that way very often. I have heard of Raceglaze so may give it a try. I'm sure I can locate some on the 'net. Thanks again for your help and thanks to the other members who have replied. Finally managed to try out the Raceglaze leather cleaner and balm samples kindly sent to me by Nick.

Quite simply, it works very well! Both passenger and driver seats had some blue dye on the side of the squab which I assume came from denim jeans. I used a damp cloth and rubbed a small amount of cleaner into the affected area. As described in the instructions, it foamed up and the blue dye was removed. A quick wipe down with a damp cloth to remove the foam and then some balm has left the seats looking great!

Thanks once again to Nick for his generosity. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product. Thumbs Up

Sorry haven't been able to post any pics due to camera being on the blink - Santa bringing a new one I hope!
