Headlight beam height?

Just noticed that one of my headlight's beam pattern is noticeably lower than the other and I would like to rectify this to improve my night driving .... but can't seem to find an adjuster of any kind.

Any ideas guys?

I'll have a glass of what your on Rolling with laughter

My near side beam is quite a bit lower and they are HID 's, maybe it's normal, it does look odd although it is to prevent glare to oncoming cars. The only adjustment as far as I know is with the two screws on top of the whole light unit, but I may be wrong, surely there will be an adjuster.
