Buying advice needed!

Hi all, new member here. I am looking at a 2007 HSE with 100k miles for 12,990. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?! I am a fairly high miler (12-25kper year) but always preferred high miler cars over older low milers. Is there anything about the FR2 i need to know before a purchase like this do you reckon?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

ps...I know its not a great time to buy but Evoque does seem to be keeping seasonal prices a bit lower this year and its time to change as a work vehicle goes back in a couple weeks!

Mat

I would imagine the main thing with this mileage would be a good service history and one owner.

otherwise you could be buying someone else's problems !!

G'Day Mat, I think you can look at this as being an above average mileage but, as Iain says, a full service history by reputable garages should be the key requirement. The down side can be that all mechanical things wear, the up side is that any basic problems should have been sorted long ago. You make a good point about the mileage, lack of use can sometimes be a lot worse than heavier use. If the price reflects the mileage, and there haven't been multiple owners, and your happy with the condition of the car, I wouldn't be put off by the mileage.
Good luck, Graham
