Problem with child locks

I have a problem with child locks on NSR door.

All doors lock OK and work OK from outside when unlocked but NSR door wont open with internal handle.
Child locking mechanism has been disabled on door with key.
Door does open if you use the black unlock lever before trying to open dor from inside.
There is no problem with OSR door. This works fine.

Does this mean the remote unlock motor is faulty and not operating the unlock mechanism?
It's obviously working to lock the door remotely.

Is there something known in the door mechanism that could cause this?

All help greatfully received. Andy

Thanks npinks but I've already read that thread. This seems to suggest the settings affecting both doors in the same way.

My problem is that the two rear doors are operating differently, the OSR working 'normally' and allowing opening from the inside lever without problem, but the NSR not doing this properly. Andy

Using the remote, my NSR lock unlocked from locked but wouldn't lock with the remote. Had to lock it manually from the inside each time.

Went back to the dealer under warranty for repair - been ok since but whether they fixed the problem or just changed the motor, I don't know but I believe central locking related problems are/were not uncommon.
