Third service and MOT last Monday, plus some splits in driver's seat "leather" to be looked at.

Usual warm and courteous welcome, a phone call at the end of the morning to reassure me that nothing untoward had been found during the service and pre-MOT check apart from a screen wash nozzle that needed redirecting!

Goes in next Monday for seat repair under warranty.

But just to report seat repair carried out quickly and service as courteous as ever with a phone call to say car was ready which went to my voicemail and was followed up about an hour later to make sure I'd got the message.

I recently had the driver's seat split leather repaired under warranty at Lancaster. They are very good except first time round they ordered the wrong match and had to wait another couple of weeks for the repair.
