Well i never even bought my car from James Edwards but i use them for my service and warranty problems (only one where i had the glovebox lock break)
Every time i have had the pleasure of dealing with them they have done what they have said in the time they have said .
When i have got the car back from them it has always been valeted by them free of charge...so well done to them

Good to hear someone getting service they are satisfied with, just wish I could join that club !!

I think it would be more accurate to say the valet is included in the price, someone pays for the time it takes, the powerwasher, the soap etc ...

That is one part of the service my dealer does well , the car is always well cleaned after a visit there, but I think the menu price for a service is £390, somehow I think the cost of the cleaning is hidden away in there.  Stornoway Grey GS ... Can i update this now after 3 years.In all that time the service has been great and they have been very helpful and they are flexible if they can be on service prices..

I've always found them good to deal with although Llandudno does offer a day out and great service
