I was towing the caravan Approx 1600kgs back from Devon on Saturday with car loaded pretty full too and a couple of times when going up a long steady straight incline the engine noise changed to a graunchy/grinding sound for a few seconds. it only happened a couple of times and just didn't sound right, There was no noticeable change in performance, no slipping of revs etc and do change to feel of car through steering wheel just this quite load graunchy sound. It is a manual 2014 TD4 SE Tech done approx. 45K.

Any ideas would be appreciated as warrenty runs out in a couple of weeks and cant afford a bill out of warranty.
