the speaker cable manufactures say although its PVC it is not designed for exterior use, so trunking would be required, i think i am going straight up inside the house in the corner next the the fireplace, near speaker 'a' less prominent and use some D-Line trunking, might have another set of cables to go up too as it has a second zone, so i might power some kitchen speakers, or outside one if i can play zones 1 & 2 at the same time Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Probably too late for you... but I used this stuff in my UK house.

It's perfect for your needs as it can go up the corner of a room and is less obtrusive, especially if it's painted over.

I might end up getting some more discreet cable, i'll see what it looks like when it arrives

But when i redecorate the room i'll channel all the cables in anyway when i re plaster it Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

go in into the cellar and drill from underneath passing the wires along cellar ceiling, be careful not to disturb the dust on the vintage plonk resting in the cellar ( or in my case becareful not to knock the cheapo morrisons wine over) At work

and in doing so, any coal i find much be provided to the lotherton hall estate Smile Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

After a long day, running cable and fitting banana plugs, drilling holes and fitting trunking yesterday

My AV system was fitted and I'm happy to say WOW what a difference a good bit of kit makes, I knew it would as I have seen other systems but once you get it in your own house and compare it's then when you realise you should have done it months ago!!

Old system is in my conservatory, and sounds good, close the doors to the house and you can only just hear it, even when cranked up, but doing the same outside you, can listen to every word from the street Laughing Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
