It turns out that a suspension lift may be out of the question as like the Evoque the FR2 suffers with short drive shafts - this means even a modest lift will see the drive shafts pop out of the hub - I think this may be the reason simple lift kits are not available for Evoque or FR2

Would have to agree with Steven T. here - I have never heard of anyone in a FL2 having anything like driveshaft popping issues with spacers fitted.

have checked and spoke to a guy who knows things (even when not in the pub - amazing really.....you hear about it, but you never really believe....)

Never heard of that happening before. The main area of concern is the cv joint angle causing the cv to chew out. |
