You have to have the new mirrors (or s/h new mirrors) but they must be folding ones
or you end up like me with one that folds electrically and the other by hand  |

Thanks guys but I had already tried that and it moves freely enough it just won't do under power. Not to worry at least it will stay out so it is a usable mirror.
