I found the answwer on www.landroverforums.com
its under the glovebox, goes in towards the center console verticaly, has a black almost grid like plastic cover, clips are towards the firewall |

| The glass sunroof does not have much of a tint from the factory. I had both of mine tinted along with the front windows ... highly recommend it (done at my LR dealer) |
