Me & my big gob. Failing every time I take the key out now, but at least I am sure the steering lock's not coming on, so I can steer the garage in the right direction.

Well nearly 2 weeks since I rattled the steering lock, and it hasn't missed a beat since. Think I've saved £770 there!

Hi BJK, did you get a battery isolator fitted? As a short-term it may be a good option for me, but thinking about the mechanics (high power cables) I presume it'll still have to be under the bonnet.
