Ok just done the test: gears 1 thru 3 no vibrations under load between 1600 and 2000 rpm. Gear 4 slight vibration at around 1800 rpm, gear 5 slightly more. Gear 6 growls even on straight, level motorw ... |

Here's a pic of our "new" 2009 2.2 HSE. Side guard has got to go. Not sure if the rails would be any use, either. Looks cleaner without, IMO.
