| Torque converter removed, reconditioned and refitted plus an oil change cost me £1,235. I thought that was quite reasonable, its a lot of work. |

| Sounds very much like the TC to me. I had the same symptoms diagnosed by a local Fedauto specialist. TC out, refurbished and refitted, no problems since. |

| I agree with Simon. It's nothing to do with the change of grill. It's either the gauge or the thermostat. |

| I am sure your issue is the fuel filter. I had exactly the same problem when towing. I now change the filter every year using a genuine item from Dan. Never had a problem since. |
