Thank you for the reply - mine is a diesel auto, 2010 TD4. It’s a 2 part prop shaft I think - it’s at the mechanics at the moment so I am not 100% on that.

I searched the website but couldn’t find the answer to this.
The front bearing in my propshaft is worn.
I can source an Evoque prop shaft but not sure if it fits the FL2?
Can anyone help please?

I recently replaced my Haldex with a second hand one.

I took the plastic filter off and replaced it.
Equivalent parts for the Gen 4 filter are:

The differential was on its way out so I got it fixed, but the differentials guys didn’t clean the Haldex and didn’t put enough oil in it and damaged it. The new differential start ...

Seems to me that the later diffs with a wider bearing also fails.


Do you mean wider bearings as modified by Austen or did later FL2s come with a wider bearing?
