If in doubt, put HDC on - it's no use putting it on when you've started to slide.

It's brilliant up as well as downhill and you can still use the throttle if you're confident in going a bit faster ...

Dunno about the ABS or the diff, but the auto-gearbox is supposed to be very robust/reliable.

(27k, including 'van towing, and no faults yet) Thumbs Up

In answer to the original question, the FL2 drives sooooooo much better on 19's.

Depends what 'so much better' means to you. If you're the boy racer type it does go round corners a bit better. OT ...

But it is just plug and play and it's all at the rear, under the boot floor on the left.

After fitting you'll need to get a JLR ...

Witter is good.

Make sure whoever installs it installs the proper 'official' JLR wiring loom. Costs a few quid more but worth it a) to avoid trouble in case of a warranty issue and b) it integrate ...

In my SD Auto, there's no perceptible change when the a/c is switched on or off.

As others have said, take it back to the dealer, there's something wrong.

I have the rubber strap type and they stay on fine for me (need to be quite tight though).

I found the auto box lurched around a bit when I first got my Sd4, but with 20k miles on now it doesn't happen and I'm very pleased with it.

From the bottom photo it looks to me like they are just rough because of weld corrugations, not rust. In which case as long as the paintwork is intact you should be OK.
