I wouldn't have thought it necessary either. The paintwork is covered by a 3 year warranty and the bodywork for 6 years in respect of rusting through. Did you claim off the warranty when rust appeared? I am new to LR and do think 6 years is a bit mean when compared to other manufacturers but even so rust after 3 years is a serious issue which i would be taking up with LR. |

Underseal is a thing of the past. Bitumen underseal causes more corrosion than it prevents, hardens, cracks and allows salt/water to be trapped. Seen too many MOT fails in years gone by.
