Finally arrived

Picked it up last week.

FL2 XS.

Wasn't clear if it was an MY10 or 11 before delivery but its a MY11. Looks amazing!!!

Glad i got the privacy glass. very smooth and VERY VERY comfortable and easy to drive.

getting an average 27.8 MPG.... its hovering between that and 27.9. dont think i'm going to get any better. all town driving.

suprised to find a woofer in the boot, great sound system.

all in all very happy with it so far.

28 MPG! You wearing diving boots? I am getting 38, and thought that was not too good.

I am doing 80 miles a day to work and back, prob about 40 motorway 40 town and getting 37-39 average, I thought this was not great, if i was getting 28 I would be gutted and would flog it on, I was getting 28 on my Evo 8 going to work and back, but with a lot more smiles per gallon Laughing

low MPG is due to probably it being an automatic. but i was hoping for minimum 30mpg.

and i'm driving very lightly.

must say, loving the alpine system!!!

trying not to touch anything right now.

future plans are to colour code, as well as putting rear/front light guards and rear bumper guard. [history of people crashing behind me].

may lightly tint front sides, not sure.

but keep it original for now.

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Auto Baltic Blue

It will take a few thousand miles for the Diesel engine to free up then the consumption should improve, I'm getting 23 from the V6 petrol mostly town driving checked manually though the computer said 28. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.
