They vary throughout the model years, generally the earlier the MY the more standard equipment for each spec, as the MY progresses the useful additions become options ( LR don't do extras) and are replaced with something not needed or not wanted. Sad my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 Dynamic Manual Santorini Black

This is where I found year/model specs when I was looking for mine -

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fwsyx91fjag1s76...4BFpa?dl=0

However bear in mind that many LRs were up specced by original purchasers so the brochures only give you the standard equip for that model year - my Dynamic for example has lots of goodies factory fitted for the first owner beyond the base Dynamic spec, and it ticked all my must haves, which a base spec Dynamic would not have done - when looking I suggest a list of must haves to check against a particular vehicle regardless of "original base spec" for that vehicle 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 Manual Dynamic

Most things are on this site if you use the 'Search' facility.
