I suspect all the 05/04/18 was down to a maintenance problem and some fault finding, the stop lamp is probably a blown lamp, and the 19/11/19 is a jump start using one of those mains powered battery battery chargers, or it was on a car carrier and it was jump started with a 24v power pack the sea ports use to start transit vehicles that fail to start, a standard procedure, car or truck same power pack. Has it always been in Gibralter or is a a new import? If an import and no previous registration plates walk away, Gib and Cyprus are known for importing insurance write off's especially flood damaged vehicles. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
