I have to remove the front bumper of my 13MY, but can only seem to find videos of the pre face lift bumper and how to remove it. Is it just the same process?

Is it easy for a ten thumb jockey like myself, and how long should it take to remove and replace?

I've had mine off and on.
It's an easy enough job with plenty of prep re carpets/cardboard to protect it when you drop it to undo the washer hose & foglight connectors.
It's only a big job in terms of the size of the item you're handling.
Yes, removal should be same as pre-facelift

I believe the process is the same for all versions.

It's pretty straightforward - moving aside the wheel arch liners is a bit fiddly, but the only potentially tricky bit is the bolt up inside the driver's side wheel arch. Access is restricted by the washer bottle and there's not much room to get tools in. No problem if you have a socket with a couple of extension bars and a universal joint (I did), but otherwise could be a pain to get at.

One tip - slacken off the bolts across the top of the bumper but don't remove them completely until last - that way the bumper won't fall off before you're ready for it!

I don't recall exactly how long it took to remove - half an hour or so, maybe? Maybe a bit longer the first time.

Facelift and pre-facelift bumpers fit on the same which is why you can update an earlier one to a facelift one. 2007 TD4 XS Manual in Sumatra Black
