If the Webasto heater is the same as fitted as standard to the Discovery3 then the article below may be of interest. It describes how to convert these heaters to switch on to pre-warm using a mobile phone.

Summerly conditions so far then. Berry, when winther sets in in Kautokeino, and the temperatures gets down to minus 40-60C, please drop a line how it was starting up the car. PS. It's not the Aux heater it's the PTC heater.
